A resting electrocardiogram (ECG) is a primary diagnostic tool used to assess the underlying electrical activity of the cardiac muscle. It provides a picture of the heart's rhythm at rest, demonstrating any deviations in rate. This simple procedure requires placing sensors on the patient's chest, arms, and legs to capture the signals generated by
